  48. I have tested the CD32 and a 1200 - the voltage levels between the serial port
  49. on the CD32 (in the aux port with the keyboard pins) are different - the CD32
  50. uses a 12v system, where standard serial ports (both PC's and Amigas) use a 5v
  51. system.  Unless you wanna spend big bucks (I think about 100bucks or so) on
  52. one of those serial boxes for the cd32, you have to build up a level
  53. converter.  There is a chip for this, but I can't remember it.  There are
  54. several good documents which lay this out better in hard/hack on aminet.
